I’m an engineer who alternates between building systems and teaching people to build them.

Fifteen years across Google, Two Sigma, and startups — currently Chief Architect at Probook, building agentic AI for home services. On the side that isn’t really a side: adjunct at Columbia, ICPC coach, and Director of Internships at the ICPC Foundation. My research spans computer vision, networks, and programming systems, with 640+ citations.

Chief Architect

Probook — the AI operating system for home services

Probook builds AI voice agents for home service businesses, backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia. I own the technical architecture: real-time speech, LLM orchestration, and the agentic workflows that turn dispatch, intake, and customer communication into tasks agents can execute reliably.

Arklex AI — Agent-First Organization

Directed development of Arklex’s open-source “Agent-First Organization” framework — the task-graph engine, distributed runtime, observability stack, and CI/CD, roughly 175K lines of Python across 169 modules.

Worked on execution systems for systematic trading strategies — measuring and improving how orders actually get filled.

Google

Applied AI research that shipped into Google products, and core infrastructure for large-scale ML research. Tech lead for Google Kick Start, which grew from a regional contest into a competition with 110K+ participants worldwide.

ICPC Foundation

Director of Internships (2025–) · Chair, CLI Symposium (2023–) · Co-Chair, Curriculum Committee

I run the Foundation’s internship program — 107 completed internships and 19+ interns active now, across projects like the ICPC Archive, mobile app, and online training platform. I also chair the Competitive Learning Institute Symposium at the World Finals and co-chair an open-source curriculum covering 50+ algorithmic topics (50K+ downloads).
